Photo Release Denial
By submitting this form I_________________________________, the guardian of _________________, state that, although I am voluntarily enrolling my child for this course, I DO NOT agree or hereby authorize Money Munchkids permission to use the likeness of my child in photograph, video, animation, or any other artistic image in any and all of our publications, including but not limited to all Money Munchkids print and digital publications.
I understand that in photos of groups my child’s image may not be able to be excluded. In such a situation I authorize and request Money Munchkids to hide my child’s identity and face through means of photo manipulation.
In such an event I waive my right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my Childs likeness appears although they’re likeness / image will be hidden. Additionally I waive any right to royalties or any other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or my Childs likeness.
